We are pleased to invite you to a presentation of Czech solutions in the fields of security, civil defense, and emergency management for representatives of Turkish organizations.

On April 15, 2025, EGO Zlín will welcome representatives of Turkish public institutions and private entities specializing in emergency response and protection against CBRN threats. The event is part of an incoming mission supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.

We have already confirmed the participation of representatives from the following Turkish organizations:

• Municipality of Istanbul (Disaster Affairs Department)

• Municipality of Beyoğlu (Disaster Affairs Department)

• Turkish Paramedic Association

• Disaster Platform (Afet Platformu)

• Utilis A.Ş. (a private company focused on CBRN solutions)

During the all-day program, you will have the opportunity to present your company to guests through a short presentation, an exhibition booth, or practical demonstrations.

The official part of the event will take place from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, followed by a social evening, to which you are warmly invited. A detailed schedule will be sent upon request.

What we offer to exhibitors:

• Participation for up to 2 company representatives

• Exhibitor table with the opportunity for direct negotiations with Turkish participants

• Exhibition area (~6 m², including power supply if needed)

• Opportunity to join the official program and give live demonstrations

• Participation fee: 2000 CZK excl. VAT per company

• Social evening: 300 CZK excl. VAT / person
