From 15–18 September 2026, we had the honour of welcoming delegations from Angola, Egypt, Philippines, Hungary, Norway, Panama, Poland, Austria and Ukraine to the Czech Republic.
The aim of the incoming mission was to present Czech know-how, innovative technologies and solutions in the fields of security, defence, crisis management and civil protection, while also creating opportunities for establishing new international partnerships.
On 16 September, a professional programme was held at EGO Zlín, where the foreign guests were welcomed by the company’s CEO, Ing. Petr Kostka. The participants were introduced to the company’s activities and its experience in the fields of civil protection, healthcare and crisis management.
The programme included expert presentations focusing on infectious diseases and CBRN threats, an introduction to the company’s product portfolio, and practical demonstrations of solutions designed for medical services, emergency responders, security teams and crisis-management organisations.
In the afternoon, the programme continued with participation in the CRISCON Conference, organised by the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management of Tomas Bata University in Uherské Hradiště. The conference featured a range of inspiring presentations and expert discussions focused on current challenges in the fields of security, crisis management and civil protection.
The day concluded with a social evening, providing an opportunity for informal meetings and the further development of international contacts.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management of Tomas Bata University for its cooperation and for the opportunity to involve the foreign delegations in the conference programme.
We consider the connection between professional practice, industry and academia to be an essential prerequisite for fostering innovation, sharing experience and finding effective solutions to future security challenges. We believe that cooperation between universities, research institutions and industrial partners is one of the key factors in the development of modern technologies and the competitiveness of the Czech Republic.
On 17 September, the programme continued at the EGO Zlín showroom, where the foreign guests were welcomed by representatives of AOBP and AVDZP.
The main objective of the day was to present the capabilities of Czech industry and offer foreign partners concrete solutions in the fields of security, defence and civil protection.
This was followed by a series of presentations by Czech companies, which took the opportunity to showcase their technologies, products and expertise:

Thanks to this support, it was possible to create a high-quality platform for bringing together foreign delegations, Czech companies, experts and academic institutions, while further strengthening export opportunities for Czech industry in international markets.
